Privacy policy.

01Who we are

This policy is issued by Turtlelogix LLP (“factget,” “we,” “us”), based in India — Karnataka, in respect of the factget website and the datasets and services we provide.

02What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the name and email address you provide, along with the source URL and the fields you describe wanting extracted.

We keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and diagnostic purposes. If analytics tooling is configured on this site, it may collect aggregated usage data; none is configured as of the date above.

03Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to scope and deliver the dataset you’ve described, and to operate and secure this website.

Where GDPR applies, our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you’ve initiated, and performance of a contract once one is in place. Where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process personal data on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form.

04Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as it’s relevant to the conversation it came from, and deleted or anonymised once it isn’t. Server logs are retained for a limited operational window and then discarded.

05Sharing and subprocessors

We don’t sell personal data. It may be shared with the service providers that run this site’s underlying infrastructure (hosting, email delivery) strictly to operate it, and is never used to train a model.

See factget.ai/trust for the subprocessors involved in building and maintaining a dataset once a project starts.

06Cookies

This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Any cookies in use are limited to what’s required for the site to function.

07Your rights

If GDPR applies to your personal data, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port it, and to object to certain processing.

If India’s DPDP Act 2023 applies, you have the right to access, correction, and erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

If CCPA/CPRA applies because you’re a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you and to request its deletion.

To exercise any of these rights, contact apurv@factget.ai.

08International transfer

Data may be processed in a jurisdiction other than your own, including India. Where required, we rely on the safeguards each regime provides for such transfers.

09Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India — Karnataka.

10Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
